Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene stickers have not been removed.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
